Penhaligon's "Sartorial" is an Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. The top notes are Metallic notes, Aldehydes, Cardamon, Black Pepper, Water Notes, Violet Leaf, Ginger, and Neroli; middle notes are Lavender, Beeswax, Leather, Lime (Linden Blossom) and Cyclamen; base notes are Oakmoss, Honey, Woody Notes, Amber, Tonka Bean, Patchouli, Vanilla, White Musk, Myrrh, Cedar and Gurjan balsam.
One of the best aromatic fougere (Barbershop Style) fragrances of all time. I get lavender, honey, and leather.

This is a very lavender forward “barbershop” fragrance. Although, barbershop fragrances are typically targeted at a male audience, I find this scent to be unisex. It dries down sweet, slightly powdery and again, very lavender forward - that note stays from the opening to the dry down. Overall good fragrance with many layers to it, but not full bottle worthy IMO. Greatful for decants and this seller is one of the very few decanters that offers this fragrance. Would buy from again.
